You have to register in www.parkkavalayam.com in order to use our services. Once registered, your account will be reviewed by our staffs and activated.

No, you don’t have to pay to use our website services. But you will have to register your account in our branch office.

 

3. What is the validity period of my account?

 

The validity period is until your engagement after which the account will be suspended.

 

4. How much time will it take to activate my account?

 

It will take a maximum of 24 hours to activate your account.

 

5. What should I do if my account isn’t activated?

 

Check whether the contact number given by you is active. Then, Call the Customer care number (+91 4286 228708) to activate your account.

 

6. What are the limitations of my account?

 

There are some basic limitations for your account. You cannot contact any other users at any cost. You will have to contact our customer care or simply express your interest in their profile.

 

You will get a notification after the Bride or Groom replies to your interest.

 

This is to ensure maximum security to your privacy.

 

7. Will my contact details be seen by other users?

 

NO, we take maximum care at keeping your details safe at any point. Your contact details will be shared only if you approve to give it to the Bride/Groom you decide to. Until then, your contact details will not be given to anyone.

 

8. Can I delete my account?

 

We will take maximum care in keeping you satisfied.

 

Under some circumstances, If you wish to delete your account, send an e-mail to helpdesk@parkkavalayam.com stating the reason for the deletion.

 

Once reviewed, your account will be deleted from www.parkkavalayam.com permanently.
